Pioneer has obtained transfer of technology from Wenshang Highway Locomotive Parts Co. Ltd who are the world leading manufacturer of brake disc and has set up most modern manufacturing facilities for brake disc of Railway and Metro coaches. The factory has been set up at Bawal Haryana and has capacity to manufacture 20000 disc per year in three shifts.
The Quality of the products is controlled by fully equipped laboratories and ISO 9002 systems. The Superfine Filter Paper and Filters has found acceptance in various overseas markets such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Dubai, Kenya, South Africa,UAE.
Pioneer has collaborated with Fangda intelligent Innovation Technology Ltd, a world-renowned enterprise, for design, manufacture, installation, test & commissioning and maintenance of PSD system for railway applications.
Entity named Pioneer Fangda consortium was formed and already has successfully completed contract for PSD for DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) for 73 crores.
Pioneer and Fangda are presently working together for PSD system for Ahmedabad Metro and planning to enter many more projects.
