Mr. Anil Agarwal is a managing Director of the company. He is a MBA in Finance & Marketing. He was one of the founder of the company in the year 1997.
He was recognized for introducing the new technology product for the Indian Railway and Metro. He was efficiently involved in Pioneer in India for manufacturing Traction Motor, alternator, wind power generator & propulsion system.
Mr. Agarwal has collaborated with many foreign companies by introducing the hi-tech products.
Mr. Rishabh is a graduate in finance from Delhi University having additional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, having done his articleship training from Ernst and Young Company. He is having more than 10 years experience in dealing with financial matters of the company. He is also actively involved in driving the railways business and introducing innovative and technically competent products for applications Indian Railways and Metro corporations. Apart from this, he is also involved other group business having interests in solar, infrastructure and FMCG areas. He is also actively in the not for profit sector and contributes to the groups initiatives in various social platforms.
Mr. G. N. Asthana, an aluminous of IIT Roorkee, had a brilliant academic career before he joined Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers after standing first in Indian Engineering Services Examination 1974 of UPSC.
During his distinguished career with Railways, he held many important assignments including Additional Member in the Railway Board. Mr Asthana retired as General Manager South Central Railway in 2013. Since his retirement Mr. Asthana has advised several firms including IRCON, E&Y and Talgo SLU Spain and has held Board Level position in PSUs CONCOR and NFL as Independent External monitor.
Shri Asthana is a fellow of Institution of Engineers and member of many professional bodies and recipient of many awards.
Mr. Basant Kumar is a Chartered Accountant and also a Company Secretary. He has vast and varied experience in Private Sector in Finance & Accounts, Financial Planning &Management, Taxation matters, Regulatory compliances, working capital management, MIS, Internal Financial Control System , Fund & Bank Management, arranging Working Capital & Term Loan from Banks, Advisory services, Coordination with Auditors, Risk Management, Company Secretarial matters etc. He has overall 38 years experience.
