Rotor Balancing Machine

We have in-house balancing facilities for Rotor use in Traction Motor and Traction Alternator. There is two machine manufactured by Schenck Rotec India Ltd., Noida. TYPE:HSU+ Used to balance the rotor of Traction Alternator, and, TYPE : H4SBU use to balance the rotor of Traction Motor.

Bearing Press

This equipment comprises of press-fit machine, transmission line and electrical system. The bearing press machine is a vertical structure , which includes the body, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system, power mechanism, pressure check device. This machines is housed in a temperature controlled room and is sued for the fitment of the end cover of the motor witht the external bearing housing.

VPI

We have in-house VPI Facility for insulation of coils used in Traction motor and Traction Alternator. This machine has been imported from a Chinese company named, ZhongshanKaixuanVaccum Technology & Engineering Co. Ltd.

Heating and cooling way of Vacuum storage tank There is heat exchange device (serpentine U bar) welded outside the tank and heat exchanger (serpentine pipe) inside the tank. Glycol liquid flows into the device to heat and cool down resin.

TESTING

This testing rig is a modern day machine which works at high efficiency. This rig is a dual purpose structure that can test the motors and alternators. Not only can it carry out the routine test, this rig has that capability to operate and various loads and carry out the Type test of these motors and alternators.

Oil Press

Used for the insertion and extraction of the shafts from the rotors along with pressing of the stamping on the shafts , this Hydraulic press is a highly sophisticated machine with maximum safety and a capacity of 2000KN. This has been imported from a Chinese company called Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd.

PINION PRESS

WE have pinion press machine manufactured by ShaanXi Aerospace Electro-Machinery & Environment Engineering Design Academy Co. Ltd., china. This Machine is used for Assembling Dummy Shaft / Pinion in to the rotor shaft. Comprised of 2 parts i.e Tooling bench and pneumatic hydraulic booster system, this machine works on the principle of pressure and does not have any requirement of electric current. The tooling bench is a high strength structure of steeland can bear 200 T Pressure. Its outline dimension is 1960 x 1330 x 960 mm. The Pneumatic hydraulic booster system supplies and controls output pressure which is used for installing the small gear to the motor shaft and high pressure oil.
